Tides of change are drifting around me. The VoIP telephones have arrived and are stored in the building. No position is guaranteed and there was talk of stay pay and severance. I have been now been waiting two weeks to speak about my qualifications. For years now I have been waiting for this time to come and it is still dragging it's feet. Whatever way it turns out I will enjoy the experience of assisting in the installation of a Cisco Call Manager and will tear down yet one more Mitel SX2000.

If you knew what turns your road would take would you still choose the same turns? I know I would have made a lot of different choices. Now I can say I am happy with where I am now. Let's just stay forward and see where it leads. What will be, will be. There is nothing you can do but take it in stride. Be strong warrior, be strong!

My current path is towards a schooling show. I am working on being calm and focused. Ride every step, relax and breathe. Josie and I have been working on actual circles. I was able to run through the test Training 2 and identified several weak areas with the help of a small audience. I received really good feedback. SP even marked the 20 meter touch points on the center line. This really helped to shape my eggs into circles.

The Mare is easily distracted but is getting better at coming back to me. Perhaps I should say I am getting better at asking her for something that puts her mind back to where I want it.

I am not pulling any more mane. She doth protest too much! It is still a bit uneven and longer than it should be but . . . IT IS a schooling show.

As always looking forward to the next ride and for me to have learned the previous one and make a little headway the next ride.
