The tech support response was pretty much as I expected. It referred me to links in the knowledgebase. Delete cookies and offline content - yup had done that. Turn off your firewall and turn off your virus proctection. It turns out Trend requires a password. Unknown to me my firewall was off already - does this have to do with VPN - we'll find out later. Being I had tried from two windows machines and 1 mac - all with different internet access, I decided to do a do over rather than wait another 48 hours for another set of links or downloading the cd program.

The second time through was much quicker but it still takes a while to do one's taxes. I came out with pretty much the same amount so efile I did. Hopefully the $$ will be deposited sooner than expected. Things are a bit tight with having to pay for saddle out of checking account. I really do everything I can to stimulate the economy. I haven't really changed my buying habits too much. Actually, I am not buying as much beer - LOL!

I really need to proceed with taking care of my ARM business and consolidating. Just scared that I will have the negative equity that I have heard talked about. Buck up little girl, you won't know if you don't check into it. Maybe there will be some advantages or me now. We will see.

One thing I did was cancel long distance on my home phone. Gradually they have increased or changed my plan or something. I do not call long distance and refuse to for sure when I am told it could be $5.00 a minute now that I have no long distance. The kicker too was there will be a $5 and some odd cent charge to disconnect. How about you use the money you have filched from me to cover that, hmmmmmmmm? I also didn't appreciate "we offer DSL in your area, who do you have your cable through, etc." I am glad she didn't go over features such as I see you have no voicemail. When I call to do something I want to do that and only that not listen to some friggin' speil. Gee, I am sorry I am a little ranty today. But I tell you what I feel a little better now.

Looking forward to my ride tonight. We have to try to do the test. I liked the judge's comment - test flowed well. I think this is a sign of the harmony Josie and I have. No, seriously this is how we roll. Sooooo check back for further adventures.
