The Biach is Back

Pixie is back from being bred. Wedge is the daddy this time. I negotiated for Pix to have a c-section instead of birthing the pups and while under be spade.

Wyatt and I had a lovely time while she was gone. We ate McDonald's and turkey sausage. We went swimming with Josie and played soccer in the Updoor. I must say the degree of difficulty playing soccer in the updoor is X 10. Damn the corners!

Josie and I had two glorious rides one started outside and then went indoors due to the rain. The second was Monday inside and during a jumping lesson. She was very nicely going and responsive. Now last night it was what I have become to call our typical pre-show horrible ride. She was close but just not quite there. I will attribute it to the traffic. All kinds of people showed up that normally don't ride on Thursdays. I figured as much and waited until a bit later. The updoor was partially soup so I had no choice but to go inside. You know, I never thought to try the pasture but that might have proven to be more than my arm could take.

I must say my tendinitis is much better but it is still there. I am a bit scared to do anything that would cause another set back. Soccer wasn't the best idea as Josie pulls to bite the ball.I managed to self massage and ice my way out of that.

Note to self Josie had pulled her left front shoe off but was reset so I could enjoy my four day weekend.

I purchased a new camcorder and am anxious to start recording my rides more diligently. Hopefully figure out how to upload to Utube in the process. That is a story in itself. I can't put a mini disk in my Mac, had to make a copy onto a regular DVD and haven't taken the time to try again. If not going forward I will be able to.
