Got out to the show grounds around 1pm and we worked in the rain until at least 7pm. Ohhhh, what a long day. I was damp even though I had rain gear on. One tip is not to put your plastic paints inside your fleet farm specials. The rain runs along them and into the boot. At least my feet didn't feel wet. My gloves got soaked through. Nothing like cold wet leather. Towards the end my hands would either stick open or closed. The joints were so stiff with the wet and cold.

The pups were most annoyed to be left in the vehicle. The big truck and trailer got stuck and had to be pulled out by the tractor. Not good.

I managed to not over do. I just said no, if I thought it might bother me. One thing with the cold and wet there weren't any ticks to be seen.

D let me stay at his place. We had very good pizza and wings. The non franchise places tend to put more goodies on their pizzas.
