Decided to go watch the trial at Ottercreek. I really need to decide my course before I leave the house. I kept going back and forth as to whether I wanted to drive all that way. I considered the fact that I wouldn't get to see this level of competition any time soon. I was really glad I did go. I am jazzed to get Josie jumping.

Boy! Does OC look great these days. You can see pretty much every jump except the far ends. After watching several good rides, I watched one gal crash at the water complex. She ended up being air lifted out. Later Cleon showed me the play by play. OMG! She should have let go of the reins, she spun around and was underneath the horse and had her chest stepped on.

OC has a sunken road now. This was great to watch the riders take. You were must a few feet away. They were really throwing their heart across the fences on that one! What team takes such a partnership?

I stayed a lot later than I planned so I didn't ride but did some chores so I could play the rest of the long weekend.
