What a BEEEEEautiful day!
I was naughty once again and didn't do my exercises. I meant to allow enough time but after waking up in the chair, letting Wyatt out and laying down in the real bed; we ending up sleeping until 9:30. Oh, but it felt really good.
I wanted to ride Josie a bit before going out on trail. I brought my new camera along and took some nice pictures of Josie in her western gear.
She was wonderful on trail. I pulled off her bell boots and her pasterns look great. They have flattened the mud now that it was been drying and the paddocks look wonderful. At least until is rains.
Wyatt was too funny to watch. He knows where we are going so he races ahead with his little happy body, disappears around the corner and then sneaks back to see if we have caught up and off he goes again. He hit the lake before we all did. From time to time, he finds me after searching each face and then goes on his merry way again.
I didn't want to stop so after we got back, Wyatt and I went again but just reverse around the pasture. Wyatt came along again. I was a little surprised as he prefers a big group. Maybe since Pix isn't along he feels he has to keep an eye out on me.
