I am still HIGH from our successful schooling show venture. Josie, I am sure, is enjoying a few days off. I know the pups have been pleased as it has been fetch, fetch, fetch. Probably won't be so much pleased with the baths I am planning. It amazes me how their little feet get so stinky.

One of my New Year's Resolutions was to be better about brushing the pups' teeth. So far so good. Toenails get taken care of once a week and as part of that ritual I have added teeth cleaning so AT LEAST once a week their teeth are brushed.

Another res was to keep up on my mags and read more from the suggested reading list supplied by Cleon.

Emails back and forth regarding shows - looks like February 28 will be our next venture. I like this better than the 14th as this one is just over in Delano. I should try to find a Farmer's Almanac to see what they think the weather will be like for that day.

I received a note from the saddle fitter. My saddle is due to complete on Feb. 9 and should take a week to get here. I am SO EXCITED!

I have started doing my share to support Team J in its efforts and continued my exercises. I have been reading an article about position, so have some new ideas to try. I plan on watching a video I have about seat, legs, etc. I will take seat lessons as soon as I can afford to (got that saddle to pay for yet). Until then I will be riding without stirrups and plan to even canter w/o - I feel so brave - tee hee.

I have slowed down my addiction to Facebook and even removed a few apps. I do like seeing what my friends are doing on an ongoing basis.

I watched the premiere of 24 - OMG Tony is alive!!! But evil :(
