Enjoying the great gas mileage of Coal. Best yet 25.1 MPG. The pups are learning to stay in the back - well most of the time. Wyatt barreled up when I ran over those ruts on the side before turning into the barn. It sounds different in the SUV.
Learned to drive a goose neck today. I was just taking Josie back to bug guard her when I come around the bend to see M already there. I was trying to hurry so I would be good to go. Well, anyways, she gave me a very good instruction of how to operate the rig. She got me situated on a straight away and off we went to practice on the curves. Curves weren't too bad. Backing was a bit tough until I figured out the mirror was what was making it crooked. Nothing like sticking your head out the winda or crank it around to look out the back. I think Josie will be safe with me driving.
Our ride was once again great. I am not asking for the canter until after the clinic. I am getting very excited and must tell self to settle (works on the dogs it should work on me). I didn't realize how much I am bit high strung, hyper what ever you want to call it that's me. Add an event I want to be in and well I start going off the charts. SETTLE! I am also anxious to show my little girl off.
Brought all my gear home to clean and polish. Man! I have a lot of gear. I sure miss my trailer where I can have everything in one spot and it is just a matter of locating it within that one spot. Now I have an Excel spreadsheet to tell me what I have and as of last inventory where it is located. I love M's trailer.
