I get knocked down but I get up again , you're never gonna keep my down. I get knocked down but I get up again, you're never gonna keep me down - one of my favorite songs by Chumbawamba okay actually the only. Words I live by! Made for me :)To be followed by Someone ran away with her innocence by Big and Rich. Music as always is so healing and up lifting for me. Gotta love iTunes and my iPod. iRide, iDance , iLive the engraving on my iPod. I am envious of the new one. But will do with what I have (for now anyways).

I had left my Sis a message on Wednesday that it was very important for her to call me. She called me back yesterday. I will send her the release and go from there. But after genetics counseling it appears she is the lucky 50/50. I am early for my age but she is normal for hers. This will totally benefit the nieces. Found E has left for ID. I am the only Minnesotan now. I don't like to be beholden to anyone so this is fine. Even if I go through with the big M I should need minimal assistance. D can take Wy and breeder can take Pix. She will be ready for the big deed so all will work out. Josie can just spend time in the pasture. L will look at her from time to time. She should be fine. Getting less and less injuries from the hierarchy

I called S to see if she wanted to meet me at the barn but she had a family death and couldn't make it - ick!

High point - had a lovely ride on Josie outside today. She came when I called again. She is a bit nippy but have been applying the elbow to remedy. I fitted the lunging caveson with C's help. I tried the breast collar but have to do a bit of hole punching first. We did a few walks in both directions in the old outdoor arena and then trotted a couple of circles and I decided let's hit it and we went down the lane and then around the pasture to the right, through the gate and back inside around the cross country field. She started peeing but I stopped her again. Hopefully she will get the idea that it is not good to pee inside. Time will tell.

Came home and started up the bonfire unit. Watching fire is so peaceful. I moved it off the patio and onto the lawn due to sparkage.

All in all and feeling pretty good. My scar is now less than two inches, I would say just over an inch. Initially look about three inches but with swelling and everything it as decreased. I have a great surgeon. I am assuming she would do the big M, too.
