Big weekend my b-day, Horse Expo and Terrier Fun Day.

I decided to try riding outside without lunging. At least I didn't get stuck in the corner again. He started out okay. I made a point of leaving the reins longer. J was riding with us on Punky and he said trot and let me watch for his lameness. He was seeing the same thing fine for a few strides and then takes a lame step. Soo goofy. PJ kept breaking into the canter and got worked up so that when J left and we stayed to try to do more he squealed and jumped up at the walk. I discouraged that, tied up the reins and let him loose. He galloped and bucked like a fiend. We then went inside. He was definitely sore after his yahoo.

Wyatt passed muster again as far as leaving him loose while I was riding. D chastized me for letting him in the arena. I had kicked him out once but was getting ready to dismount and cool off so I hadn't bothered getting him out.

Placed my shirt order with M from the Rolex. Wish I could have gone, hopefully for the WEG games.

Going to the Jade Fountain for b-day dinner celebration mmmmm good.
