First 24 hours are now past with the new truck. I am not having the tires spin each time I give it gas. Muscle memory is now improving.

A chilly day doing the barn chores today. To make things easier I brought PJ in while I was bringing in what was left of the paddock horses. D was nice enough to help as I spent time searching for the bale knife which fell out of my pocket. How frustrating!!! But back to PJ . . . My horse is a naught little snit! He sneaks past when the others are coming in. He hugs a fast moving horse's hip and off he is to the other barn. If you try to stop him he will run you down. If he does get over there, you have to watch your back when splitting as you don't know when he will come dashing back.

After all was finished I saddled up for a wonderful ride. PJ is proving to be sound with the snow shoes and borium. I did a few more steps of shoulder in. Our walk canter and canter walk transitions are really improving. PJ is going to make me be a consistant rider in that if I don't do it how he has been learning he either won't do it or will interpret incorrectly and do something else - smart boy.

Brought Wyatt into the arena for our cool down. He loves his PJ. We are a very interesting pack mixture. As long as I am the boss I don't care - HA!
