Rained most of the day yesterday.

Upside, Josie wasn't on bute all day and when I lunged her she looked better than Tuesday. At least now I have a point of reference. I kept her going around at the trot in both directions and she didn't get worse. She would pick up her left lead canter but not on the right.

There was still swelling so I cold hosed her and sang her songs to pass the time away. I think she likes the Good Ship Lollipop. Gave her some bute. See what tomorrow brings.

The pups like non-riding days as they get to be in the country and I devote more attention to them. We played and played until Pix was huffing and tongue hanging.

Finally, gave Pix a bit of a clip and strip. She will be a work in progress but finally I got started. She sure does look cute.
