Busy, busy bees! Loved the three day weekend. Trail ride, regular ride and my pretty pony day. I was going to give her the full spa treatment but it turned out a bit chilly. She tends to get a cold easy so I didn't want to have any part of that.

I didn't get a chance to get out there until Saturday. Boy did I have one hopped up pony. Not sure what time they were turned out so that might have been part of it. Spring and the fact that she is only three were also factors.

Didn't have the best day Saturday. Crazy horse, verbal sparring with the German Shepherd neighbor. I have been doing everything this gal has asked. Do this don't do this. I went to set up agility equipment, maintaining a more than 6 foot distance from her patio and allowing for the puppy's stake out (yes, hmmmm tied up dogs get to be crazy dogs!)area and adding a few more feet. She is very snippy and asks why I always (hmmm second time this year and thank goodness I am not in class and practicing most nights) set your things up here. I have had enough and tell her this is common ground. She says why can't you set up over there. I say this area is flat and that is down hill. Now that my dander is up, I ask do you own or rent. I am told this is none of my business (ya! she rents). I say if you own you could look at your association papers and see that this is common ground. I had even made sure she and her pup weren't out. PLUS! I spend more time setting up than I do running the dogs and then I disassemble and put it away so maybe I am out there an hour.

She spouts about how big her dog is going to get and he will get more protective. Oh great let's have a self made aggressive dog. Wyatt loves GS's and what does he want to do go see that pup. I want that pup to like my dogs so that when he does get big there won't be a problem. I am asked not to so I abide by her highness's wishes. Now I just have to hope she moves out. I would hate to exert discipline on her dog if he were to go after me or my dogs because she isn't socializing him.

Things I should have said - Sorry lady free country, hmmmm isn't there a 40 pound weight limit in that paperwork you probably haven't seen as you rent?!?! and you are doing a disservice to your dog by not socializing him. Okay finished venting for now. I am thinking there will be more chapters. I think it is time to practice weave poles again tomorrow . . .

Oh, almost forgot, Old Blu got hit by the biggest nastiest hail I have ever seen. Damaged passager side, hood and roof. Great more bills to pay!
