The puppy playground dried out with all the wind we have been having. We practiced agility. P was right, they don't forget.

Pix is progressing on the weave poles very well. She is rather funny to watch. She kind of stutters through. To make her go faster I am moving faster and that seemed to help. We went from the poles being about three inches from the ground to almost six. Mind you she is doing this off the leash which is really impressing me.

Wyatt did very well with minimal barking. We will try to keep that down to a minimum. Next time I will set up a real course and do a running start and see how quiet he remains.

We went to the barn for a lovely night. The pups were very squirrely. Running and chasing each other round and round.

Josie and I rode in the upper arena for the first time this year. The footing wasn't the best so we stayed at the gate end. She felt a little wild so I kept things to a minimum. She did very well for as nervous as I was. I did my best to settle down. She didn't like me keeping the reins. I managed to give her more rein as I felt I could trust her. We went inside and I got both canter leads but she broke in the right lead but with her anxiety of cantering, I let it go.
