Tried new Medalion pad today. PJ did not like it. After not riding for two days I wasn't sure whether it was that or what. He got increasingly irritated. I could feel him twitching under the saddle. T held him while I went and got his usual pad. He was much happier after the switch. Do I know my horse or what????

Canter departs were pretty good tonight. He even rounded a bit today.

The pond was up again after the heavy rains so the dog tribe and I went swimming. We went twice. Once without a stick and once with. Wyatt was most happy getting soak by the other dogs.

Brought the pad home to wash it. Safety first! Very glad I didn't try it out on jumping night.
